Most pieces are ready in around three weeks from the day you approve the final CAD design. If you're working towards a proposal or a wedding date, tell us up front and we'll plan the timeline around it.
Both are real diamonds — optically, chemically and physically identical, and both certified. Lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment, so you get a larger, brighter stone for the same budget; natural diamonds are earth-mined. We work with both and will help you choose what's right for you.
Yes. Selected diamonds and gemstones are accompanied by independent certification for their quality, characteristics or origin where applicable. Any certification is provided with your jewellery for your records.
If your finished piece doesn't match the design we agreed on, we'll refund you in full — no fuss. Our goal is for you to absolutely love what you receive.
Yes — you can split the cost into three payments as your piece comes to life: an initial payment to begin and reserve your design, a second while it's being crafted, and the balance on completion.
Eligible commissions are backed by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. T&Cs apply.
Yes. Our rings are crafted from precious metals and are designed with long-term wear in mind, making most styles suitable for future resizing. Certain designs may have resizing limitations, and our jewellers will always advise you on the best option for your specific piece.
Absolutely — heirloom remodels are some of our favourite projects. We can redesign around your existing diamonds or gemstones, or rework an old piece into something you'll wear every day.
